We are a small, close-knit family from South Africa—just parents trying to build a better life for our children. But our home country is no longer a place where we feel safe, protected, or able to thrive. Every day, we live under the weight of fear—uncertain about our future, our livelihoods, and the safety of our children.
Our story is not political. It’s personal.
We are not seeking pity. We are seeking possibility.
South Africa is a land we love, but the socio-political climate has made it difficult for many families like ours to live with dignity, opportunity, and freedom. As a white family, we’ve seen opportunities systematically closed to us. Policies and pressures have left us without options. Threats—both spoken and unspoken—make everyday life feel like a struggle for survival.
What we want is simple:
To feel safe in our home and community
To sleep without fear
To provide a hopeful future for our children
To contribute to a country where hard work is rewarded and rights are respected
We’re raising funds to emigrate and start over in a place where we can work, contribute, and raise our children with the security every family deserves.
