My grandma is bed bound and has dementia. 1 year ago she fell and her hipbone fractured. She cannot move on her own and need permanent care and medication. She cannot eat normal food and special food for old people is required to feed her. Moreover her physio therapy and other body care need a lot of things and money is required for that . I have been taking care of her for past 5 years but now a lot of money is required for her care so I need help in doing so. I am hoping that there are kind people in this world who will help . ( رحلة العطش التي لا تنتهي ) في قرى غرب أفريقيا، رحلة البحث عن الماء لا تنتهي. نساءٌ يقطعن مسافات شاسعة تحت شمس قائظة، يحملن على رؤوسهن أوعيةً فارغة، قلوبهن معلقة بأمل إيجاد بئر ماء، بئر قد يكون ماءها ملوثاً، يجلب المرض بدلاً من الراحة. أطفالٌ صغار يشاركون في هذه المعاناة، أجسادهم النحيلة تئن تحت وطأة العطش والإرهاق. بينما أنت تستمتع بنعمة الماء، هم يعانون من ندرتها. ( قطرة أمل.. تُغير حياة ) تخيل الأثر الذي يمكن أن يُحدثه تبرعك. تخيل بئر ماء نظيف ينبع في قلب قرية عطشى، يرسم الابتسامات على وجوه الأطفال، ويُعيد الحياة إلى الأرض الجافة. تخيل الأم وهي تملأ وعاءها بماء عذب نظيف، قلبها مطمئن على صحة أطفالها. تبرعك يمكن أن يُحول هذه التخيلات إلى واقع. My mother, a 56 year old who's been our family's pillar is in need of help for her upcoming surgery to remove the cancerous part of the pancreas and the gallbladder. Her painful road to a diagnosis started with irregular bowl movements and severe pain which rendered her incapable of everyday tasks. Thing escalated quickly to jaundice which was originally thought to be strictly gallbladder related given her tests (abdominal echo graphs CT scans and MRI ) showed the presence of stones and sand in it prompting an emergency ECRP(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) during which a mass on the pancreas was discovered and sampled for further testing that proved to be cancerous in nature. Said cancer needed to be removed since it has been festering for a long time estimated to be over 10 years old plus the need for the gallbladder removal since it still contains residue of the sand and stone buildup which causes a serious threat of internal intoxication. If you're reading this please consider helping me in giving mom a chance of a somewhat healthier life possibly free of cancer and it's pain. I already lost my father to prostate cancer and i don't wish to lose my mom to it as well. thank you for helping us. This means more than i could express in writing for me, mom, and the family
