Help me get a laptop for my university education

While this is a dream come true for me, I am facing a significant challenge: I do not have a proper laptop, which is essential for my university education.
A laptop costs about 339,000 LKR, which is approximately 1,122 USD.
Most lectures, assignments, and research work require a reliable computer, but due to financial constraints, I cannot afford one myself.
My father works as a laborer with a very limited income, and my mother does not have a job. I have two younger sisters whose educational expenses are already high, and we live in a rented house, which adds to our daily struggles.My sister is pursuing higher education in biological science. In that case, the cost of tutorial classes is high. My father also got a venomous snakebite on his leg, so he can’t work properly to support us.
Buying a laptop of good quality is simply beyond our reach right now.
Starting university in January without a laptop is daunting, as it will affect my ability to:
Attend online lectures and follow classes smoothly
Complete assignments, reports, and research projects on time
Use the necessary software and tools to improve my learning
