Our House Destroyed, Father Lost – Help Us Survive
Hello humanity, my name is Ahmed, a young man from Gaza — from the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood. Our tragedy began when our house was completely destroyed by the recent war. We were forced to flee with nothing. Not only my home, but also my siblings' homes were bombed. My entire family became homeless overnight.
One of my sisters has a physical disability, and moving from one shelter to another has been extremely difficult and painful for her. We lived in tents in Al-Zawaida, Rafah, and Khan Younis — with no electricity, no safety, and barely any food to survive.
In July of last year, I lost my father. He was our only provider, our pillar. After his passing, we were left without any source of income or support. Now we are facing real hunger and despair.
Still, I hold on to a simple dream: to rebuild my life, to get married, to live with dignity. But it feels impossible without support.
