Celine Haidar is a remarkable 19-year-old whose passion and dedication have always shone brightly. A student at the American University of Beirut and a proud member of the Lebanese national soccer team, Celine has represented her country with strength, grace, and determination both on and off the field.
But Celine’s life took a devastating turn recently. During a bombing in Lebanon, debris struck her in the head, leaving her in a coma for weeks. Her family and friends prayed for a miracle, and their prayers were answered when Celine woke up.
Though she’s now awake, Celine faces a challenging road ahead. She is unable to speak or move, and her journey to recovery will require intensive medical care, specialized therapies, and ongoing support.
