Save Siham Stage IV Cancer
I am reaching out to you today with a heart full of desperation and hope for my beloved mother, Siham Ahmad Hassan (50 years old), who is currently fighting the battle of her life against advanced cancer.
The recent PET/CT scan reports from Tripoli Governmental Hospital confirm a difficult diagnosis: Stage IV Metastatic Malignancy. The disease has spread aggressively throughout her body, with active metastasis noted in critical areas including the liver, bones (vertebrae), lungs, and numerous lymph nodes across her chest and abdomen (peritoneal metastasis).
Time is now critical.
Aggressive treatment, including chemotherapy and targeted/biological therapy, is the only way to slow the spread of this aggressive disease, ease her severe pain, and offer her precious time with her family.
Due to the devastating economic crisis in Lebanon, the exorbitant cost of these necessary targeted medications and follow-up procedures (such as repeat PET/CT scans and specialized doses not fully covered by the Ministry of Health) is an overwhelming burden on our family. We are unable to cover the costs required to begin and sustain this urgent fight.
We are appealing to your compassion and generosity to be a lifeline for Siham. Every donation, no matter how small, will directly secure her essential treatment needs and is an investment in giving her strength and time.

أكدت تقارير الفحص النووي الأخيرة (PET/CT Scan) الصادرة عن مستشفى طرابلس الحكومي تشخيصاً صعباً: ورم خبيث منتشر في المرحلة الرابعة (Stage IV Metastatic Malignancy). لقد انتشر المرض بشكل واسع وشديد العدوانية في جسدها، مع بؤر نشطة في مناطق حيوية تشمل الكبد، والعظام (الفقرات)، والرئتين، والعديد من العقد اللمفاوية في الصدر والبطن (نقائل صفاقية).
الوقت عامل حاسم الآن.
إن العلاج المكثف، بما في ذلك العلاج الكيماوي والعلاج الموجه/البيولوجي، هو السبيل الوحيد لإبطاء انتشار هذا المرض الشرس، وتخفيف آلامها الشديدة، ومنحها وقتاً ثميناً مع عائلتها.
بسبب الأزمة الاقتصادية المدمرة في لبنان، فإن التكلفة الباهظة لهذه الأدوية الموجهة الضرورية وإجراءات المتابعة (مثل فحوصات PET/CT المتكررة والجرعات المتخصصة التي لا تغطيها وزارة الصحة بالكامل) تشكل عبئاً ساحقاً على عائلتنا. نحن غير قادرين على تغطية التكاليف المطلوبة لبدء هذا القتال العاجل ومواصلته.
