Emergency Aid for the Displaced in Beirut

Emergency Aid for the Displaced in Beirut
Lebanon is once again facing a brutal onslaught and a devastating humanitarian crisis. Escalating violence along the southern border and in Beirut has forced thousands of families to flee their homes with little more than the clothes they were wearing. Entire villages have been emptied as families escape airstrikes, artillery fire, and the constant fear that the next attack could hit their homes, schools, or hospitals. Many of the people displaced by the war are now living in overcrowded shelters, schools, beaches, or with relatives who are already struggling to make ends meet. Others have no stable shelter at all. Electricity is unreliable, clean water is scarce, and access to food and medicine is becoming increasingly difficult. Children have been pulled out of school, elderly people are without proper medical care, and families who were already facing economic hardship are now trying to survive with nothing. Lebanon was already in the midst of one of the worst economic crises in modern history before this conflict intensified. With the country’s healthcare system, infrastructure, and social services already stretched to their limits, the sudden wave of displacement has pushed many communities beyond what they can handle. This fundraiser aims to provide urgent support to displaced families throughout Beirut and Lebanon generally. We are working with our friends and family on the ground directly, to source and deliver life-saving items, including essential needs such as: -Emergency food and clean water -Temporary shelter and blankets -Basic medical supplies and medications -Hygiene kits -Diapers and other necessities for children -General assistance for families fleeing danger Every contribution, no matter the size, can make a meaningful difference for families who have lost their homes, their livelihoods, and their sense of safety. And every single dollar will go directly to the people who need it, with no overhead or concerns about where funds are going. At a time when so many are forced to live day by day in uncertainty and fear, your support can help provide dignity, relief, and hope. Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help Lebanon’s displaced families survive this crisis.

Help our people to rebuild their homes

Help our people to rebuild their homes
Help the our people rebuild after a devastating loss Hello, my name is Omar. I never imagined I would have to write something like this or ask strangers for help. But when you see someone you love going through a painful situation and you realize you can’t help them alone… asking for help becomes the only hope. Someone very important to me recently went through a serious loss that deeply affected his life. Since then, he has been trying to stay strong, but the reality is that the situation has become very difficult for him. I’m creating this fundraiser because I don’t want him to go through this alone. We are trying to raise $2000 to help him recover and get back on his feet during this extremely difficult time. Any donation, even a small one, can make a real difference and help lighten the burden he is carrying. And if you are unable to donate, simply sharing this campaign could help it reach someone who can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who reads this and to anyone willing to help. Your support truly means more than you can imagine ❤️ مرحباً، اسمي عمر.

Don't forget displaced people in Lebanon this Eid
Don't forget displaced people in Lebanon this Eid
Lebanon is hurting, and we cannot look away. My name is Sarah, and like many Lebanese people living abroad, I am spending these final nights of Ramadan heart-broken for my people back home. As the rest of the world prepares for the joy of Eid, thousands of families in Lebanon are facing this time away from their homes and their comfort. Many of these families have nowhere to go, currently finding shelter in schools, public spaces, or remaining in crowded vehicles. As we enter the holiest days of the year, the community is coming together to ensure everyone is looked after. We have already shown that we can make a difference. In our last fundraiser, your incredible support allowed us to provide hot meals for more 200 displaced people in Lebanon! We have seen the direct impact of your generosity, but as more families seek safety, the need for support continues to grow. This Eid, let’s ensure no family is left forgotten. Your donations go directly to local, grassroots volunteers on the ground to provide: Eid Meals & Survival: Providing hot food and clean water for those who have nothing for Eid. Essential Supplies: Delivering medicine and hygiene kits to families in temporary shelters. Support for the Displaced: Helping provide basic necessities for those who have lost their homes and are living in makeshift conditions. No amount is too small. In these blessed final days of Ramadan, your Sadaqah is a literal lifeline. What might be the price of a coffee in the UK or in Europe is a hot meal for a person in Lebanon. If you cannot donate, please share this link. Your share could be the reason a family is fed this Eid. Thank you for your compassion. Thank you for standing with Lebanon during these holy days. 🕊️🌙🤍

Life or death
My name is Theresa atallah , and I am reaching out with hope and humility to ask for help during one of the most difficult moments of my life. For more than nine years, I have been living with severe iron deficiency anemia. Because of financial difficulties, I was never able to receive the proper treatment that my condition requires. Over the years, my health has gradually become worse. My recent blood test shows that my hemoglobin level has dropped to a dangerously low level, meaning my body is not getting enough oxygen through the blood. Because of this, I suffer daily from extreme fatigue, dizziness, weakness, and shortness of breath. I also experience very high heartbeats and a constant feeling of not getting enough oxygen, which makes even simple activities extremely difficult. In the past week alone, I have fainted more than four times due to my condition. I also suffer from an inflamed throat that makes it difficult and painful for me to eat properly, which has made my physical condition even weaker. My doctor has warned me that my situation is urgent and that I must begin treatment as soon as possible. I was told that delaying treatment could lead to serious complications, including heart problems or even life-threatening risks. I also have voice messages from my doctor explaining the urgency of starting treatment immediately. Unfortunately, the medical tests, medications, and treatments I need are very expensive, and my family and I cannot afford them on our own. After struggling with this illness for many years without proper care, I am finally asking for help. Any support you can give, no matter how small, would mean the world to me and will go directly toward my treatment and recovery. If you are unable to donate, sharing my story could also help me reach someone who might be able to help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read my story and for any kindness you can offer during this difficult time.
