HELP SAVE abandoned, neglected and abused dogs!

Hello everyone! I’m Tamara, a 27 year old rescuer in Lebanon. I started rescuing in 2018 and ever since I have been rescuing dogs and cats from all over Lebanon. Some of the lucky rescues end up finding loving homes in Lebanon or abroad, while the others wait for their forever homes at a boarding facility, or at paid foster homes depending on their needs. All the rescues are fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered/spayed. All funds go towards our monthly boarding bills, paid foster homes, food bills, taxi bills and medical bills which have been exceeding 8,000$ per month. We strive to provide the best care ever for our rescues until they find loving homes that deserve them. Thank you so much! Every small amount goes a long way.

Supporting Ghazir Trail

Ghazir Trail is a hiking trail comprising of many treks and side trails, it was opened in 2021 after long hard work and is still maintained by "Ghazir Hiking Group", which is an NGO established to preserve and develop hiking trails, preserve our natural heritage and promote eco-tourism in the area. The historical Ghazir Trail has become a magnet for hikers and nature lovers. The trail is both a form of sports activity and natural/historical eco-tourism destination starting from Jounieh Bay’s shore at the Roman bridge in Maameltein, and extends to over 600 meters above sea level to reach the Red Castle. The pathways, previously paved by our ancestors, also connect to Kfour and Fatqa within Ftouh Keserwan district. They run along the south riverbank to include Wadi al-Haramiyeh area in Maameltein, the industrial area riverbed, and Mahbit area which faces Fatqa. Ghazir Valley’s ancient houses and the old stairway constitute an essential part of the track to reach Nabe’e Al Maghara Bridge. At the heart of this trail, natural landmarks such as mills, slopes and waterfalls abound making it a panoramic paradise for photography and nature enthusiasts. I Can't Do This Alone Anymore. Help Me Help Them!

Since 2016, I’ve been rescuing and caring for animals (all species) in need—completely on my own. Today, I have 15 dogs (half of them seniors), 5 cats, and 3 goats under my care. They don’t live in a shelter but in a house entirely for them because I believe they deserve a real home, wihtout the hardships of shelter life. My seniors will stay under my wing forever, safe and loved. The younger ones are still looking for homes. Beyond those in my care, I feed dozens of stray animals on the streets every day, making sure they don’t go hungry. Over the years, I’ve also found loving homes for 50+ dogs, giving them a second chance at life. Lebanon has faced unimaginable hardship—economic collapse, skyrocketing inflation, and, most recently, the war that shook our country last year. Through it all, I continued to care for these animals, funding everything on my own, with very little help. But I’ve hit rock bottom, especially after relocating twice in one year which led me to spending thousands of dollars to make the new locations as comfortable as possible for them. Food, medical bills, and daily care have become overwhelming, and I can no longer do this alone. I never wanted to ask for help, but I have no choice. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. It will help provide food, medical care, and a safe, loving space for these beautiful souls. In addition to supporting my rescues, I also want to help other rescuers and shelters with spaying/neutering their dogs—one of the most effective ways to reduce suffering. help me help the animals of Lebanon

Hello, My name is Sarah, and I am an agriculture student that rescues dogs and cats 24/7. I am currently offering and caring for 40 dogs and 10 cats including many dogs and cats that are special needs. I do now own a shelter, so I use a boarding facility and 34 of those dogs reside there and the other 6 are distributed across paid fosters. All my dogs get exceptional care and I try my best to keep them all safe and happy. I currently have a vet debt of over 2000$ and need help to close it. Each of my dogs costs me 30$ to keep him in the boarding facility. My dogs require 35 bags of food per month and each bag costs 21$. A total of 1935$ is needed per month to keep my dogs safe and ensure they eat a healthy meal. I created this fundraiser to try and secure a few months worth of boarding and food and close my vet debt while I work on finding them homes and focus on the bigger mission which is inspiring the young generation to care for innocent souls and teach how them how to be kind. Support A Rocha Lebanon

Since the founding of A Rocha Lebanon in 1996, a great deal of scientific study has been undertaken and much has been learned about the flora and fauna of Lebanon and in particular the West Bekaa. Research has been conducted in the form of preliminary studies, short- and long-term projects and an ongoing monitoring program. A number of short-term research projects have been carried out which have greatly increased the knowledge of bird life in Lebanon, such as an autumn migrant bird survey (1998), a survey of birds on the mountain slopes above Aammiq (1999/2000), and a study of the autumn routes of migrating raptors and other soaring birds in Lebanon (2000). Various archaeological studies have been carried out on the site of Aammiq including pollen core analysis. Nahwal Watan

It all started on 17 October 2019. The Lebanese protested all over the country and the world demanding change. Total Change. They demanded to replace this corrupt criminal political class with a new one – clean, competent and independent. Now is the time to start this change by getting a sizeable block of 20-25 MPs into Parliament from the Change Forces (قوى التغيير). This is not an unachievable dream. All surveys and polls confirm it. Change Forces are working hard to form electoral coalitions among them on regional levels (several have been announced) leading into one national electoral collation of ONLY Change Forces. CHANGE IS WITHIN REACH Nahwal Watan has been providing support to the change movement. It started since November 2020 to build a highly professional and elaborate electoral machine for the candidates that will emerge from the Change Forces and independents all over the country. Sister Marie Abel St Charbel foundation

The St Charbel center, Sister Marie Abel Foundation was created in 1990 by a committee of friends and managed by the Sisters of St Cœurs, according to the most ardent wish of Sister Marie Abel Qamari whose miracle of her healing was retained as proof of legitimacy by the Vatican for the beatification of St Charbel. Our Mission is to welcome children from 4 to 15 years old, orphans, from disadvantaged families, with serious social problems, with the aim of ensuring them moral and physical security, regular schooling, and accommodation adapted to their needs. The children are cared for by social workers who will allow them to grow and flourish in a healthy, family environment.
