Supporting displaced families from South Lebanon

Solidarity with Lebanon

Supporting displaced families from South Lebanon
Since 2024 life has radically changed for Lebanese families from South Lebanon. Now with the Israeli incursion into Lebanese territories and the constant bombing of towns in both the south and the north of the Litani river, families are desperate. While the government continues to open shelters in safe areas and provide basic assistance, the needs are rising far beyond what the government is capable of. Solidarity has never been more crucial and life saving than today. Maataf, a campaign that was established by three organizations rooted in South Lebanon. The Cultural Council for South Lebanon, the Hani Fahs Initiative, and Rifna Association. All three organizations have been at the frontline of emergency response since 2024, and continue to contribute to the relief effort, reaching out to families that have been left behind, helping them cope and providing basic assistance to them. Your donations will go towards providing food, medicine, and clothing. To date, the Maataf campaign has identified and reached out to 1269 families displaced from South Lebanon and Beirut's southern suburb.

Saving Animals Left Behind in the War Zone

Saving Animals Left Behind in the War Zone
Due to the ongoing war in South Lebanon, many villages have been evacuated, leaving countless animals without food, water, or care. Cats, dogs, goats, and birds have been abandoned and are now struggling to survive in empty areas. My name is Hussein Farhat, and I am currently on the ground providing daily food and basic care to these animals in affected villages. So far, we have supported over 500 cats, around 50 dogs, and approximately 30 goats, but the number continues to grow as more animals are discovered. This campaign aims to raise funds to provide food, water, and essential supplies to sustain these animals during this difficult time. All donations will be used directly for purchasing food and delivering aid to animals in the war-affected areas of South Lebanon.

Urgent: Syrian Family Facing Eviction in Lebanon N
We are a Syrian family living in Lebanon, struggling to survive under extremely difficult conditions. We are now at serious risk of eviction because we cannot afford rent anymore. We have no stable income, and every day is a fight just to provide food for our family. We are living in constant fear of losing our home and being left on the streets. This situation is breaking us, especially with the responsibility of taking care of our family. We never imagined we would reach a point where we have to ask for help, but today we truly have no other choice. Any support, even $1, can make a real difference in helping us survive this crisis. If you are unable to donate, please help us by sharing this campaign with others. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Saida Emergency

Emergency

Saida Emergency
In the heart of Saida, 28 shelters have opened their doors to become a sanctuary for over 16,000 people who have been forced to flee the escalating situation in the South, leaving behind their homes and every comfort they once knew. As they navigate this time of profound uncertainty, we are coming together to provide the most fundamental necessities: bread for $1, clean water for $1, and a nourishing hot meal for $4. Our deepest wish is to surround these families with the warmth and dignity they deserve, ensuring that no child goes to sleep hungry and no parent feels forgotten. We invite you to join us in this mission of compassion; your small gift is more than just a donation—it is a heartfelt message of hope and a reminder that, even in the darkest hours, they are not alone.

Support a Single Mother in Mount Lebanon

Family

Support a Single Mother in Mount Lebanon
I am raising funds for a single mother living in Lebanon. She is at a point where she can no longer manage everything on her own and needs our help. She left an abusive marriage to protect herself and her child. Since then, she's been raising her child entirely on her own. There is no support from her ex-husband, and she doesn't have a family she can turn to. Everything falls on her. She does have a job, but her income barely covers basic necessities. With the cost of living continuing to rise, she has been trying to stretch everything as much as she can, but she's reached a breaking point: -Her rent is overdue by 4 months, and is at risk of being evicted -She had to take food on credit from the local grocery shop, and the debt has piled up -She is behind on her child’s school tuition, and there’s a risk her child could be asked to leave At this point, she urgently needs support not only to cover ongoing expenses, but also to settle her debts and prevent further instability. Your contribution will help her cover: -Overdue rent and prevent eviction (monthly rent: $400/ $1,600 overdue) -Groceries and repayment of existing food debt ($100 per week / $800 overdue) -School tuition and transportation for her child ($3,000 overdue) -Emergency expenses as they arise How You Can Help: If you’re able to, please consider contributing or sharing this with your networks. Your support will directly help her regain stability and keep her child safe and secure during an extremely difficult time. Fundraising Goal: The goal is to raise $12,000 to cover immediate debts and give her a few months of stability. Every amount counts. Every share helps. Thank you for standing with her. *For her safety, her identity will remain anonymous.
