Solidarity for displaced lebanese families

Solidarity with Lebanon

Solidarity for displaced lebanese families
Lebanon is in the midst of an unprecedented crisis. Years of political instability, economic collapse, and the recent war have left countless families displaced and without shelter. Many are living on the streets, in temporary shelters, or in makeshift tents, struggling to meet even the most basic of needs. In the face of this dire situation, we are raising funds to help provide essential support for displaced families. Our goal is to raise $200,000 to provide immediate aid to those in need. What will your donation do? $50 will provide food for a family of four for one week. $100 will provide basic shelter for a family in need. $250 will help purchase winter clothing and blankets for those living in temporary shelters. $500 will contribute to building a safe, temporary shelter for a family to stay in during the winter months. Every donation, no matter how small, can help alleviate the suffering of people who have lost everything. By donating, you're showing solidarity with Lebanon and helping provide safety, dignity, and hope to those who have been displaced by war and poverty.

Help Bassma cover the open-heart surgery fees!

Medical

Help Bassma cover the open-heart surgery fees!
Mr. Marios, 47 years old, recently underwent an emergency open-heart surgery that saved his life, but he’s facing now a significant financial burden. Marios was critically ill and required immediate open-heart surgery. The doctors acted quickly, but the procedure was complex and costly. The total hospital fees came to $50,000; his family was able to pay 50% of the cost, they still owe $25,664 to the hospital. Marios is currently unemployed and has no medical insurance or support. He is living in a desperate situation and struggling to find the resources to cover the remaining costs of his care. Without this final payment, there is a risk that the hospital may take further action, and it would add even more stress to an already overwhelming situation. We urgently need your kindness and generosity during this challenging time. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly to paying off his medical bills.

Rebuild Our School: Healing the Scars of War
Our school in the Mreijeh region (Dahieh), once a beacon of hope and learning, has been devastated by the recent war in Lebanon. Cracked walls, damaged classrooms, and broken spaces have replaced the vibrant environment our children once cherished. Now struggling financially to continue its mission, the school needs your support more than ever. With your help, we can rebuild—not just the structures, but also the dreams and futures of our students. Every contribution will go directly towards renovating and restoring a safe, inspiring space where children can learn, grow, and thrive once again. Together, we can bring hope and education back to life, one brick at a time.

I am Yasmeen, I live with my family, help me, we n

Family

I am Yasmeen, I live with my family, help me, we n
I am Yasmine, 23 years old. I live with my mother and father. My mother is 60 years old and my father is 65. We live in a torn, worn-out nylon and cloth tent. In the winter, water falls on us from everywhere and we cannot sleep or sit in it. We also cannot find water or food because my father is an old man who cannot work. We ask for food and water from the people around us, some of whom help us and many like us do not find anything to give us because there is no type of food or drink, and even if they find it, they cannot buy it because of the crazy high prices. We were displaced from our camp in Gaza after the house was bombed and razed to the ground, and with it all my dreams and ambitions were bombed. We were displaced with only the clothes that covered our bodies. We had nothing left, no clothes, no blankets, no shoes. We fled in fear of death after our house was bombed and the occupation army asked us to head south to safe areas where there is no safety, no water, no food, and no necessities of life. On top of that, my father suffers from asthma, gout, and high blood pressure and needs… There is a lot of medicine and we cannot buy it. Please help me to save my family and stay alive. I hope that you will help us and extend a helping hand to us and donate to us so that we can stay and live. We suffer all kinds of suffering. We live all forms of poverty. We live all forms of death. Please help us with what you can. My mother is living the worst days of her life because we lost my sister, her husband and her children after their house was bombed while they were inside. My mother is having heart attacks, comas and suffering. Please help us. Look at us, feel for us, help us with what you can.
