Help a Freelance Writer Feed Family & Clear Debt
My name is Ador Talukdar, and I have been a professional freelancer since 2010. Over the past 15 years, I have worked tirelessly, building an excellent profile on Freelancer.com (https://www.freelancer.com/u/adortalukdar) and earning and saving over $80,000 USD. I took pride in my work and my ability to provide for my family. Every project I completed, every client I worked with, I gave my best. Freelancing has been more than a job for me—it has been a lifeline, a way to support my young son and give him a stable life full of love and care. In 2023, I decided to invest some of my savings in the forex market, hoping to secure a better future for my family. I had no idea that it would turn into a nightmare. Within a short time, I lost every dollar I had saved. Today, I am not only broke but also $4,000 in debt. This loss has completely shaken my life. The money I worked so hard for, the stability I had built over years of honest work, is gone. I am left struggling just to survive, and every day feels like a battle. To make matters worse, the rise of AI-generated content has severely impacted my ability to find new freelance projects. Despite my strong experience, excellent ratings, and a long-standing reputation on Freelancer.com, I am hardly getting any work these days. Most clients are turning to AI tools instead of hiring real writers. The combination of my financial loss and the difficulty of securing work has left me in a desperate situation, unable to meet even the most basic needs for my family. I have a young son, and he depends entirely on me. There are days when I cannot even afford to buy proper food for him. The thought of my child going hungry is unbearable and keeps me awake at night. Every day, I worry about how I will provide for him and my family. The stress and anxiety are overwhelming, and I feel helpless as I watch the life I worked so hard to build crumble around me. I am sharing my story here with a humble heart, not just to ask for help but because I truly have nowhere else to turn. I am looking for any support—financial assistance to cover urgent needs like food and bills, or even freelance work to help me regain stability. Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a profound difference in our lives. It would help provide meals for my family, cover debts, and give my family hope to start rebuilding after this devastating loss. I have always been committed to my work and to serving my clients with dedication. Losing my savings and being unable to secure new projects has been a crushing experience, but I refuse to give up. With your help, I can continue to work, provide for my son, and slowly recover from this difficult period. Your generosity could literally save my family from this desperate situation and give us a chance to survive, recover, and rebuild a future filled with hope. From the bottom of my heart, I thank anyone who reads this story and considers helping us. Your kindness, empathy, and support would mean more than words can express. It could be the lifeline that allows my son and family to have food to eat, a roof over our heads, and the hope of a better tomorrow. Please help a hardworking freelancer and his family in this time of desperate need. Every contribution counts and can make a real difference in our lives.

The Relentless battle bron from pain

The Relentless battle bron from pain
Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Matheesha, a young man from Sri Lanka i'm facing one of the hardest periods of his life. I am writing this letter with a heavy heart, not to complain, but to express the reality my family and I are trapped in, and to humbly ask for any support or kindness you may be able to offer. My mother is suffering from a serious heart condition, and watching her struggle every day is one of the most painful things I experience. She has carried our family through many storms, but now her strength is fading. My father is no longer with us, and the entire responsibility of our household has fallen onto my shoulders. I have two younger sisters who look up to me, and although I am still a student, I am forced to be the protector, the provider, and the hope for my family. Our home is barely a home anymore. When it rains, water drips from the roof and soaks our beds. When the wind blows, the walls shake. At night, we fear for our safety because the structure is weak. We do not have the ability to repair it, let alone build a new one. The weight of medical bills, school needs, and daily survival leaves us with nothing more than prayers and courage. I am writing this letter not to gain sympathy, but because I no longer have the strength to fight alone. I am reaching out with the hope that someone with a kind heart will understand the pain of a young man who is trying his best to protect his mother and sisters while carrying burdens far heavier than his age. Any help — whether it is for housing, medical needs, or even simple guidance — would be a blessing that my family will never forget. Even the smallest support can change the course of our lives. We are not asking for luxury; only for a chance to live safely, to breathe without fear, and to give my mother the comfort she deserves. Thank you for taking the time to read my words. Your kindness can give us hope where hope is fading. With heartfelt respect, — Matheesha.

Justice for Sister Anselmina

Family

Justice for Sister Anselmina
For nearly three decades, Sister Anselmina Karimi devoted her life to serving Kenya’s most vulnerable — orphans, abandoned children, and persons with disabilities at the Meru Children’s Home. She was a humble nun of the Nazareth Sisters of the Annunciation, a mother to the forgotten, and a symbol of compassion and integrity. Through her selfless work, hundreds of children found hope, love, and purpose. Yet, on 12th October 2025, Sister Anselmina’s life was cut short in circumstances that shocked an entire community. Her body was discovered with visible injuries, blood seeping from her mouth and ears — clear signs of violence. Her home appeared cleaned, her phone went missing, and those who should have sought justice have instead chosen silence. A fellow nun was briefly arrested and released without explanation. The Catholic Diocese of Meru, instead of joining the family and community in the pursuit of truth, has attempted to rush through a burial — without the family’s participation, without transparency, and before completion of crucial investigations. This move risks destroying vital forensic evidence and permanently burying the truth of what happened to Sister Anselmina. Today, we — the family, beneficiaries, and community she served — are fighting for justice. But the road to justice in Kenya is long, costly, and often intimidating. We are appealing to friends, well-wishers, and people of goodwill to stand with us by contributing toward legal fees, forensic experts, and court representation necessary to uncover the truth and hold all those responsible accountable. Your support will go directly toward: 1. Engaging legal counsel to represent the family 2. Filing and pursuing legal proceedings to ensure that investigations are completed transparently. 3. Covering administrative and documentation costs involved in sustaining the case in court. 4. Providing safety and logistical support for witnesses and family members actively pursuing justice. We believe that Sister Anselmina’s death cannot be treated as just another statistic. Her life was a testimony of love and faith; her death demands truth and accountability. The Constitution of Kenya guarantees the right to life and human dignity — values Sister Anselmina lived by every single day. We therefore call upon all compassionate Kenyans, the faithful, and global friends of justice: 💔 Stand with us. ⚖️ Help us ensure that no one silences the truth. 🕊️ Help us keep alive the legacy of a woman who gave everything to protect others. Every contribution — no matter how small — is a voice for justice. Together, we can ensure that justice for Sister Anselmina becomes justice for every vulnerable child she cared for. #JusticeForSisterAnselmina #NoBurialBeforeTruth #LetJusticePrevail

To complete housework and start a new business

To complete housework and start a new business
Dear Sir/Madam, I am 57 years old, of Sri Lankan nationality, a retired private-sector worker, and the father of one daughter, who is still engaged in higher education. I have to say that my housewife has also been suffering from being unwell for a long time. After retiring, I had collected all my funds and began to build my own house as well. I had to purchase a small land also, because we had lived in rental homes for 25 years. My target was to complete building the house and start a new business. Unfortunately, due to the Corona pandemic and the collapse of the Sri Lankan economy, all my efforts were in vain. Before this crisis, I bought a 50 kg bag of cement for 950 rupees, and during the crisis, I had to buy it at an unaffordable price of 3500 rupees, and in parallel, other goods and services increased immensely. Even then, I could not stop or postpone my project halfway, but due to the high rent and the rapid depletion of my money, I had to settle in a half-finished house. I am currently working a very small job to make ends meet and have to spend a significant amount of money on my daughter's higher education, which has put me under severe financial and mental stress. Under this situation, I am seeking your generous support to complete the remaining work on my house and to start a suitable business. For this, I am seeking a donation of $10,000 to complete the remaining work on my house and $20,000 to start a business. I wish you all a long and healthy life. Thank you
