Help My Mother Access Life-Saving Psychiatric Care
*1. Situation* My mother is currently going through a serious psychiatric relapse and urgently needs to be admitted to a specialized care center where she can receive continuous supervision and medical treatment. Due to her condition, she is struggling to manage her medications and daily safety. As an update for the month of April, she needs medical attention so she can be admitted psychiatrically, so some funds may be used for tests or docs consultation. Documentation will be attached whenever possible. *2. Why hospitalization is needed* Her doctors have strongly recommended a supervised environment where she can receive structured care and monitoring. *3. Family limitations* My father is elderly with his own health challenges, and while I do everything I can to care for her, the situation has become too complex to manage safely at home. *4. Cost of care* The cost of the care center (psychiatric hospital of the cross - Jal el dib) is $1,300 per month even with ministry coverage. We are trying to secure one year of care ($15,600) so she can stabilize and receive proper treatment. If 156 people donate $100 — or many more donate smaller amounts — we can reach this goal together. A medical recommendation for supervised care will be added shortly. *Final note* Thank you for taking the time to read our story. Any support — whether through a donation or by sharing this campaign — means so much to our family. We are truly grateful for your kindness and help during this difficult time. 💙

Help Maya Fight Leukemia&Come Back to Her daughter

Help Maya Fight Leukemia&Come Back to Her daughter
Maya is a loving mother and devoted wife who is fighting for her life so she can return to her precious 4-year-old daughter, Marie-Joe. In August 2025, Maya was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), an aggressive form of blood cancer. Since that day, her life and the life of her family has changed completely. Maya has been courageously battling this disease, but her journey is far from over. To survive, she urgently needs continued chemotherapy treatment and a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately, these life-saving procedures can only be performed at AUH Lebanon, and the costs are not covered by her insurance. In addition to the transplant and hospital care, Maya requires a critical medication called Revumenib. This medicine is only available in the United States. She needs 2 boxes per month for 9 months,a total of 18 boxes. Each box costs approximately 30,000, bringing the medication total alone to 540,000. We are also fighting to secure consistent access to this treatment. Below is a breakdown of the estimated costs needed to give Maya a real chance at survival: -Revumenib (6 months – 2 units/month): 360,000 -Bone Marrow Transplant Operation (AUH): 150,000 -AUH Hospital Stay (150 nights at 1,000/night): 150,000 Total Estimated Cost: 660,000 USD* * we lowered the amount from 940,000$ that was initially requested in this campaign because the difference was raised through wish money transfer (lebanon) & omt (lebanon) - as of 04/03/2026 This overwhelming financial burden is something no family should face alone, especially while fighting cancer. Maya’s greatest wish is simple: to watch her daughter grow up, to hold her hand on her first day of school, to celebrate birthdays, and to continue being the loving mother Marie-Joe needs. Today, we are asking for your help. Your donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward Maya’s treatment and give her the chance to focus on healing instead of worrying about how to afford the next dose, the next hospital stay, or the transplant that could save her life. Please stand with Maya in her fight against AML. Help us give her the chance to survive, to recover, and to come back home to her little girl. Every contribution matters. Every prayer helps. Every share brings hope. Together, we can help Maya win this fight. 💛

Help Us Build a Community Medical Center
We are launching a new Medical Center in the Jiyeh area, Iqlim Al Kharoub, Lebanon, to provide affordable and accessible healthcare services to our community. This initiative is led by the Baassir Charitable Association, which has been actively serving the region since 2000 through social and medical support programs. In 2013, we opened a modest clinic in Baassir that provides nearly free medical services in collaboration with qualified doctors. The new center will allow us to expand our capacity and serve nearly ten times the number of patients currently supported by our existing clinic. Today, due to increasing healthcare needs, we aim to expand our services by establishing a fully equipped medical center including: • Medical and dental clinics. • Laboratory department. • Pharmacy. • Radiology department (Mammography, Panoramic-Xray imaging, X-ray and Ultrasound). The building is already available, and your support will help us equip and operate this center to serve residents of Baassir, Barja, Jiyeh, and the entire Iqlim Al Kharoub region. Every donation, big or small, will directly contribute to improving healthcare access for families in need. Together, we can build a healthier future. Michel's Critical Medical Intervention
Michel Nasr, a father of three young children and a resident of Ballouneh, Keserwan, is facing a critical medical emergency and urgently needs our support. In the summer of 2024, while at work, Michel suffered a violent motorcycle accident that nearly cost him his life. By what can only be described as a miracle, he survived — but only after 10 days in a coma and more than 5 critical surgeries. Since then, his journey has been one of pain, resilience, and courage. Despite everything, he continues to fight to recover. Today, Michel is confronted with another serious challenge. He requires a delicate brain nerve surgery. Without this operation, doctors warn that he faces a high risk of a fatal brain hemmorhage. The procedure is urgent and life-preserving. Due to difficult social and financial conditions, Michel does not have medical insurance coverage. The cost of the surgery is $18,000, an amount far beyond his ability to afford. For more than 10 years, Michel dedicated his professional life to serving people with disabilities. He has spent years helping others with compassion and commitment. Now, he is the one in need of help — to heal, to return to work. We are calling on your generosity and solidarity. Any contribution — large or small — will make a real difference. Help a stateless Palestinian refugee
Obieda's story Help a Palestinian Refugee Rebuild His Life and Access Medical Care My name is Obaida. I am a Palestinian refugee living in Lebanon, where I have spent most of my life. Like many refugees here, my family and I live under extremely difficult economic conditions. We are struggling to meet even our most basic needs. I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a lifelong mental health condition that requires continuous treatment, stability, and medical care. Living with this illness while facing poverty, uncertainty, and displacement has been overwhelming. In an attempt to change my situation and support my family, I traveled to South Africa and applied for asylum, hoping for safety and a chance at a dignified life. Unfortunately, my asylum request was rejected. After this rejection, the psychological pressure became unbearable, and I went through a very dark period in my life. I survived a serious crisis, and since then I have been trying to focus on healing and rebuilding myself. Today, I am asking for your help for two main reasons: To access proper medical treatment and mental health care so I can live with bipolar disorder in a stable and healthy way To find a legal and safe opportunity outside Lebanon that would allow me to improve my life and help support my family Your support—no matter how small—can help me receive treatment, regain stability, and work toward a future with dignity and hope. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign would mean a great deal to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for your kindness and humanity

Widad vs MS: One Step at a Time to Life
Hi, my name is Widad Cheikh Ali, I’m 27 years old, and I never imagined I would one day have to ask for help like this. Five years ago, my life changed forever. What started as small, seemingly harmless symptoms, fatigue, numbness, difficulty walking, turned into a diagnosis that stopped me in my tracks: Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a chronic and unpredictable disease that slowly damages the nerves and disrupts the connection between the brain and body. MS has taken from me what I once took for granted. First, it was the numbness. Then, the weakness. And eventually… my ability to walk. Today, I rely on support for movements I used to do effortlessly. My days are filled with pain, spasms, and uncertainty about what tomorrow will bring. But even in the hardest moments, I refuse to give up hope. Recently, after several medical evaluations, specialists confirmed that I urgently need a 12-month rehabilitation and neuromodulation program. This is my best chance to prevent further nerve damage and regain mobility. The treatment includes: Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) Neuromuscular rehabilitation Needle therapy (dry needling) Specialized spasticity treatments 24 targeted medical sessions crucial for managing my condition This program is not just therapy. It is my lifeline. It offers me a real chance to regain mobility, reduce pain, and rebuild my independence. 💔 The Financial Burden The full treatment costs $30,000 for 12 months. With ongoing therapy, transportation, medical supplies, and living expenses, the total I need to secure is $40,000. As a young woman who can no longer work because of MS, I simply cannot do this alone. Why I’m Asking for Your Help I’ve always believed in being strong and handling life on my own. But today, I have no other choice. I am fighting for my future, To walk again To stand on my own feet To live without constant pain To take back the life MS is trying to steal from me Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to hope, healing, and independence. If you cannot donate, please share my story. Your support means the world to me and helps give me a fighting chance. From the bottom of my heart, Widad
