Save 200+ Patients Fight Preventable Blindness
Help us restore sight and bring free medical care to families fighting preventable blindness and poverty. The Challenge In the underprivileged communities we serve, thousands of people are losing their vision simply because they cannot afford a basic eye checkup or a simple cataract surgery. Preventable blindness is trapping entire families in poverty. When a breadwinner loses their sight, they lose their livelihood. When a child loses their sight, they lose their future. Our Solution: Free Eye Care & Medical Camp Zainab Memorial Welfare Society is stepping forward to change this. We are organizing a comprehensive, free Medical and Eye Care Camp dedicated to serving over 500+ deserving patients. Our camp will provide: Free Eye Screenings & Consultations by qualified ophthalmologists. Free Catarcat Surgeries to permanently restore sight for those in darkness. Free Eyeglasses & Medication to those with refractive errors and ailments. General Health Checkups and free essential medicines for families in need. Why We Need You? We cannot do this alone. Your donation is a direct gift of light. $30 can fund diagnostic tests and specialized medicines for a patient. $60 can provide corrective glasses and medical checkups for an entire family. $150 can completely fund a life-changing cataract surgery, restoring someone's sight forever. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “The best of people are those who are most beneficial to people.” Please donate generously. Your small contribution today means someone will see the world clearly tomorrow. Help us fight preventable blindness and bring health to those who need it most.

Help Us Give Him a Chance to Fight

Help Us Give Him a Chance to Fight
Help Us Give Him a Chance to Fight There are moments in life when everything changes in an instant. For our family, that moment came when we learned that someone we love deeply was facing lymphoma. He has been diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), an aggressive form of blood cancer. A biopsy confirmed the diagnosis, and further PET/CT imaging showed that the disease has spread to multiple areas of his body. The doctors have classified it as Stage IV lymphoma. Behind these medical words is a person we love. He is a father, a husband, and a member of a family that is not ready to lose him. Cancer has changed our daily lives. Appointments, tests, medications, treatment decisions, and financial worries have become part of our reality. The cost of treatment is especially difficult for our family to carry. We are doing everything we can to find the medications and treatment he needs at the lowest possible cost. Some of the required medications can be obtained from another country for a lower price, but even with every effort to reduce expenses, the financial burden remains overwhelming. That is why we are asking for your help. We are not asking for a miracle. We are asking for a chance. A chance to access the treatment he needs. A chance to continue fighting. A chance for our family to have more time with him. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us cover the costs of cancer treatment, medications, medical tests, and related care. If you cannot donate, sharing this campaign can be just as meaningful. One share could reach someone who can help. One small act of kindness could make a difference for our family during one of the hardest times we have ever faced. We never imagined that we would have to ask strangers for help to keep someone we love fighting for his life. But today, we are putting our pride aside and asking for support. Please help us give him the chance to keep fighting. Please help us give our family more time together. Thank you to every person who donates, shares, sends a message, or keeps him in their thoughts and prayers. Your kindness means more to us than words can express. ❤️

Save a life through Oxygen supply

Save a life through Oxygen supply
Dette Resources Foundation (DRF) is a Zambian faith-based non-profit organisation established in 2009 to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable patients, families, children and women through healthcare support, advocacy, strategic partnerships and sustainable social interventions. The Foundation’s work includes support for oxygen-dependent patients, renal patients, persons affected by spinal injuries and medically discharged or stranded patients requiring continued community and home based care. DRF is guided by the philosophy: Business Fights Poverty – Turning Enterprise into Sustainable Social Impact. This philosophy reflects the Foundation’s commitment to complementing grants, donations and partnerships with sustainable income-generating initiatives that strengthen its capacity to deliver long-term healthcare and social impact. In furtherance of this approach, DRF is implementing the Dette Medical Oxygen Solutions Project, a healthcare social-enterprise project centred on the establishment of a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Medical Oxygen Generation Plant at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH), Lusaka, Zambia. The project will be developed under a five-year commercial and operational framework. 1.2 Proposed Medical Oxygen Project The Dette Medical Oxygen Solutions Project is designed to establish sustainable local medical oxygen generation, cylinder filling and related supply services. The preliminary technical concept provides for a 20 Nm³/hour PSA medical oxygen plant, representing approximately 480 Nm³ of nominal daily generation capacity at continuous operation. This is indicatively equivalent to approximately 50–60 large cylinders per day, depending on cylinder specifications, filling pressure and actual operating conditions. The preliminary specification targets medical oxygen concentration of approximately 93% ±3%. The project will integrate oxygen generation with compression, storage, cylinder filling, cylinder management, quality monitoring, backup power and distribution capability. Final specifications and capital requirements will be confirmed through detailed engineering, supplier quotations, regulatory requirements and commissioning. The proposed location at UTH places the plant within an established healthcare environment and builds upon DRF’s existing institutional engagement with UTH and the Ministry of Health. These institutional relationships will not, however, be treated as guaranteed oxygen purchases or revenue. Commercial supply will remain subject to applicable procurement and contractual arrangements.

Please Help Dharmalatha and Her Daughter My name is Mirisage Dharmalatha, and I am a 69-year-old mother living in Sri Lanka. I have one daughter, who is my only source of support. My husband passed away two years ago. Even before his death, I had been suffering from a serious illness. My health has since deteriorated significantly, and I am now unable to walk or manage my daily activities without assistance. Unfortunately, I do not receive any government financial assistance. My only daughter, who is 50 years old and unmarried, is the person who currently takes care of me and helps me with my daily needs. She also has a health condition that makes it difficult for her to work and earn a sufficient income for our living expenses. My medical condition has become increasingly difficult. I developed a serious infection in my body and had to undergo three surgeries. Because I am unable to walk and must remain in one position for long periods, I have also developed painful wounds that require ongoing care. At present, we are struggling to afford essential expenses such as medical treatment, medicines, wound care, food, and other basic necessities. With no reliable source of income or financial assistance, our situation has become extremely difficult. I am humbly asking for your kindness and support. Every donation, regardless of the amount, can make a real difference in our lives. Your contribution can help me receive the medical care and medicines I need, while also helping us afford food and other essential daily expenses. If you are unable to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser with others would also mean a great deal to us. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Your kindness, compassion, and support can give me and my daughter hope during this very difficult time.

Help casteil crush cancer
Hi, my name is James Kelly. I'm writing this with a heart heavier than I ever thought possible-on behalf of my brother, Michael Kelly, his wite, Leidiane Ramos, and their beloved baby boy, Castiel. Castiel is joy personified. He's bright-eyed, full of giggles, cuddly beyond measure-the kind of baby who reaches out for you and instantly steals your heart. He is the light of his parents' lives. He is also adored deeply by his big brother, Nicollas—a sweet, gentle 13-year-old on the autism spectrum. Just recently, Mike and Leidiane noticed a bump on Castiel's head. Then another on his neck. Concerned, they brought him in for an ultrasound. They waited two agonizing days for that appointment. Within an hour of leaving that office came the call that turned their world upside down: "Take him to Children's Hospital—immediately." Castiel has been diagnosed with Stage Four High-Risk Neuroblastoma. Dozens of tumors have been found throughout his tiny body-his spine, kidneys, lungs, skull, neck, and bones. He is only a baby, but he is already in the fight of his life. Since his diagnosis, Castiel has endured more than any child should: • His first full five-day round of chemotherapy • A bone marrow extraction • Two blood transfusions • Multiple biopsies He's only at the beginning of what will be an aggressive and invasive treatment plan: more transfusions, scans, surgeries, radiation, and ongoing chemo lie ahead. His body is already reacting-he's in pain, with sores in his mouth, fighting through side effects he can't possibly understand. He's also teething right now—a cruel reminder of the milestones he should be reaching, of the baby life he should be living. Mike and Leidiane are also doing everything they can to support Nicollas, who thrives with consistency, routine, and close attention. Ensuring he feels safe and cared for during this time is just as essential-and presents an added layer of emotional and logistical challenge as they navigate hospital visits, appointments, and long days away trom home. Nicollas and Castiel's parents are kind, humble, and giving to the core. If you know them, you know this. If you don't, just know that the love they pour into others is now being poured into their boys-with every ounce of strength they have. We're raising funds to help cover: • Extensive medical expenses not covered by insurance • Travel, parking, and lodging for hospital visits • Meals and daily expenses during extended stays • Lost income, as both parents must miss work • Childcare and support for Nicollas No family is prepared for this. But we believe in the strength of community to carry a family through what no one should face alone. If you can give-please, do. Every dollar counts. If you can't, please share. And above all, hold this family in your heart and prayers. Castiel is a warrior in footie pajamas. He's fighting. So we will, too-beside him, for him, and with unshakable hope. Thank you for standing with Castiel. With love and gratitude, James Kelly Uncle to Castiel | Brother to Mike
