Support Baby Minuli Thehansa’s Liver Treatment (India) Baby Minuli Thehansa, born on 26 September 2025, has been diagnosed with a serious liver-related medical condition. She is currently under the care and medical supervision of Dr. Meranthi Fernando at the Colombo North Centre for Liver Disease (CNCLD), Sri Lanka. Based on medical evaluations and specialist recommendations, Minuli requires advanced liver treatment that is not available in Sri Lanka. Therefore, her doctors have advised overseas medical treatment in India, including specialized investigations, procedures, and continuous follow-up care. This permanent fundraising programme has been established to support Minuli’s ongoing and long-term medical needs, including but not limited to: Specialized liver treatment and hospital care in India Diagnostic tests, medications, and follow-up treatment Travel, accommodation, and essential healthcare-related expenses Future medical procedures as advised by specialists The programme is managed by Mr. Manjula Ruwan Pathirana, Minuli’s father, who is a serving Sri Lanka Army soldier and the legal guardian and primary donor of this fundraising initiative. Despite his service and commitment, the financial burden of overseas treatment and long-term medical care exceeds the family’s capacity. All funds collected through this programme will be used exclusively for Baby Minuli’s medical treatment and related healthcare needs. Due to the complexity and severity of her condition, doctors have advised that advanced treatment not available in Sri Lanka is required, and Minuli must travel to India for further specialized investigations and medical care. Minuli’s father, Mr. Manjula Ruwan Pathirana, a serving Sri Lanka Army soldier, is the legal guardian and primary donor managing this fundraising campaign on behalf of his daughter. Despite his dedication and service to the country, the cost of overseas medical treatment, hospital care, investigations, travel, and accommodation is far beyond the family’s financial capacity. We hope you will be fine with the best of health, faith, and prosperity. Proposal for the support in sponsoring 100 deserving orphans, including 50 Boys and 50 Girls at Alkhidmat Aghosh Homes, Pakistan for the period of one year. Your invaluable contribution will enable these vulnerable children to continue their education in safe and secure environment. We humbly request that you extend your support for the sponsorship of 100 orphans for the duration of 12 months. Aghosh Alkhidmat Homes provide essential facilities to orphans from low socio-economic backgrounds and underprivileged families. Their families lack the necessary resources to afford their children's educational expenses and basic necessities such as health care and nutritious food. This project offers quality academic supervision, residential facilities, healthcare and other essential facilities to these deserving orphans, along with opportunities guiding them towards a brighter future and empowering them to become positive contributors to society. Monthly cost for sponsorship of one orphan is PKR 20,000/- while annual cost of one orphan child is PKR 240,000. We respectfully seek your support for sponsorship of 100 orphans residing at Alkhidmat Aghosh Homes, initially for 12-month with a total project cost of PKR 24,000,000/-. Detailed budget and project information is given under as reference. We hope you will extend your generous aid for this noble cause. The following methodology will opt for the implementation of the project: • AKFP Head Office supervise operation of all Alkhidmat Aghosh Homes through standard practice and policies. • Program Head oversee the operation of all Aghosh Homes working under direct supervision of Chairman Alkhidmat Orphan Care Program and a centralized Management Committee (MC). • Each individual Aghosh Homes operates via local Management Committee (MC) comprised of active and influential volunteers. • Proper arrangements will be made for the donor’s visibility and publicity. • Progress reports will be submitted to Donor as per decided time period. • Provide Sponsorship Profile and Certificates of Orphans Children • Provide Quarter Progress report (QPR) in which Included Activity Pictures and videos of Sponsored Orphans Children • Provide Academic Progress Report (APR) of Orphans Children • Proper Financial Records will be maintained for all financial transactions. • Audited financial reports will be submitted to Donor to make this project transparent. • Proper visibility of Donor will be ensured at project site. • Project Completion Report with photos will be submitted to Donor 01 month after the completion of the Project.
